Is it possible to exchange every type of flight ticket?

There is not actually a straight-forward one size fits all answer to this question. When you pay a certain amount it is usually possible to make an exchange in every kind of flight ticket. However tickets issued on special offer price scales are usually exempt from exchange. If you are not going to use your ticket you can ask to have your ticket cancelled the airline will at least refund the taxes concerning the ticket.
